• Customised and interactive service - our fully trained casehandlers take the time to fully understand your needs and then match you with the right solicitor to meet your requirements.
• Value - we know what legal advice should cost and ensure that you are getting a fair price with an appropriate fee charging structure. And remember, our service is 100% free
• Anonymity and privacy - we never disclose any of your details to third parties other than to your recommended solicitor
• An independent unique feedback service - our independence from solicitors means that we can offer a truly independent service.

LegalDirect complies with Rule 9 of the 2007 Solicitors Code of Conduct with regard to referrals as published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Any Solicitor who we refer you to is an independent professional and you will always receive impartial professional and confidential advice. You are under no obligation to instruct the Solicitor who we refer you to. In the event that you do instruct the Solicitor that we refer you to LegalDIrect will NOT receive any referral fee by that Solicitor. The Solicitor will however discount the billed costs of the legal services provided to you by 5%.
